Move An Article To A Different Category
- Access your Dashboard
- Select the Article
- Select Actions > Move Category and select the new category to which you want to move it

Create A Private Article
- Access your Dashboard
- Select New Article +
- Click on Access Level , choose Private, and select the users that can access it

Create User Groups
- Click on the Users button
- Access the Groups tab
- Click on New Group
- Enter the Group Name and choose which users will be part of the group
- Click on Save Changes

Unpublish Articles In Bulk
- Select the Articles
- Select Actions > Save as Draft
- The articles will now be tagged as Draft & Unpublished

Create A New Article Template
- Access your Dashboard
- Click on Article Templates section
- Click New Article Template and create your new template
